By booking an appointment with Stefania Mobile IV, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Stefania Mobile IV provides mobile intravenous therapy services. Services are provided by a licensed Registered Nurse and are intended for wellness and health optimization purposes.

Booking and Cancellation

Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur fees at our discretion.

Health Screening

Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions, medications, and allergies when booking. Failure to disclose material health information may result in appointment cancellation without refund.

Assumption of Risk

While IV therapy is safe when administered by a qualified professional, all medical procedures carry some degree of risk. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of potential risks and assume responsibility for your health decisions.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major payment methods. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for completed services. Refunds for cancellations are at the discretion of Stefania Mobile IV and must be requested in writing within 14 days.

Liability Limitations

Stefania Mobile IV is not responsible for adverse reactions, injuries, or complications arising from pre-existing conditions, medication interactions, or allergies that were not disclosed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Medical Advice

Services provided by Stefania Mobile IV are not a substitute for medical treatment or advice from a physician. If you have serious health concerns, please consult with your doctor.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
